The Portuguese Heritage Scholarship Foundation (PHSF) is a non-profit educational organization established in 1989 to promote education within the Portuguese-American community. Founded by a group of young Luso- American professionals, the principal goal of the Foundation is to promote and encourage secondary education by awarding scholarship grants to academically qualified students. It is the firm belief of the Foundation that, through financial assistance, the academic potential of these students is more easily realized. |
